Your needs for work and training can be met by TNO’s Employment Services. You can go forward in obtaining and keeping a job with the help of our team. We provide the resources, training, and assistance required to launch your career or prepare for a better job, ranging from employment preparation classes to career coaching and placement services.

Youth Job Connection (YJC)
The program serves youth aged 15 to 29 who experience multiple and/or complex barriers to employment by providing more intensive supports beyond traditional job search and placement opportunities.
These include:
- 60 Hours paid pre-employment training to promote job readiness
- Job matching and paid job placements
- Financial Support for participants and hiring incentives for employers
- Mentorship services
- Education, work transitions and support to help you in your Career Goals and Aspirations

Youth Job Connection Summer (YJCS)
The program serves youth aged 15 to 18 who experience multiple and/or complex barriers to employment by providing more intensive supports beyond traditional job search and placement opportunities. This program is offered all year but the focus is on summer/after school jobs.

- 20 Hours paid pre-employment workshops designed to improve job readiness and life skills.
- Job matching paid job placements and employer hiring incentives: Youth participates in paid job placements up to six months in duration. Throughout the placement, they have access to one-on-one job coaching support from the service provider, as well as networking and mentorship from members of the community, employers and past program participants.
Youth Employment and Skills Strategy (YESS)
A program for newcomer youth aged 15 to 30 who face multiple barriers to employment.
