Organization

TNO is a community-based, multi-service agency providing a wide range of community services since 1985.

We support people at different stages of their journey, whether they are newcomers starting a new life, youth building skills and confidence, job seekers looking for opportunities, families needing support, or seniors wanting to stay connected.

TNO creates welcoming spaces where people can connect, access support, and grow in a safe and inclusive environment.

Celebrating 40 Years of Community Impact

On November 20, 2025, we gathered with close to 450 supporters, community leaders, and partners to celebrate four decades of building stronger, healthier, safer communities across Thorncliffe Park, Flemingdon Park, St. James Town, and Taylor Massey at Bram and Bluma Appel Salon.

The evening was a tribute to the thousands of families who have walked through our doors—and to the donors, volunteers, and partners who have made this work possible. More than $1 million was raised for the priority areas of food security, gender-based violence prevention and response programming, and youth mental health and employment.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to mark this milestone. Here’s a look back at an unforgettable night.
