Program Information
Employment and Economic development are key standards of well-being. Income security and labour market conditions have a direct impact on individual and family success.
Our Employment Services provide job seekers with labour market knowledge and customized responses to employment barriers. TNO delivers the Employment Ontario (EO) Program funded through the Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development (MLTSD). The service is offered to all Ontarians.
The services include career exploration/goals, training needs, job search and retention skills, securing meaningful employment by providing access to job opportunities, current resources on labour market information and trends, hiring events, information sessions, workshops and professional one-on-one career support. We offer no-cost support to employers to help them with human resources support, on-boarding, training assistance, and free job postings, to help them hire the perfect candidate for the position.
Who is Eligible?
Our services are free and open to all residents living in Ontario.

Mentoring Program
TNO partnered with TRIEC Mentoring Partnership for The Mentoring Partnership which matches internationally trained professionals with established mentors from similar professional backgrounds for a period of 18 hours over 3 months.
