Something for the Girlz (Thorncliffe Park Public School and Valley Park Middle School)

This program is for girls between the ages 9-11 (Thorncliffe Park Public School) and 12-14 (Valley Park Middle School). It’s an exciting and fun all girls program, that gives girls a safe space to participate in educational activities while also promoting their own personal growth.

GLAM – Girls Leadership and Mentorship Program

This mentorship program is a great learning experience for girls between the ages of 9 - 16. The program encourages older girls in the community to act as peer mentors to younger girls (mentees) from different age groups. Through different fun activities and workshops, both mentors and mentees learn how to build positive relationships with others and leadership skills.

Project Growth – Junior Boys Only Leadership Program

This new and exciting program aims at providing services for younger male youth between 10 to 13 years living in Thorncliffe and Flemingdon Park. The program provides guidance and support to male youth in navigating the barriers they face by having important discussions, while engaging them in fun activities and workshops

Thorncliffe Basketball League - Boys Basketball Program

Twice a week at Marc Garneau Collegiate there is a boys basketball program. It is a great opportunity for youth to participate in fun pickup games, and encourages friendly competition.

Boys Ball Hockey League

Once a week at Thorncliffe Park Public School, come join us for an exciting game of boys ball hockey!

Boys Soccer

Come join us once a week at Thorncliffe Park Public School for soccer.

Flemo City Media

Twice a week at the Flemo City Media Studio in Flemingdon Park, come drop or by book your spot to record your own music. A sound engineer is on site to help you out! Open to ages 7 and up.

DJ Recording Program

A fun new program that will teach participants the skills they need to become a DJ. Program is held once a week at Flemo City Media Studio in Flemingdon Park. Open to ages 7 and up

Pashby Rhythm's Guitar Program

Want to learn how to play the guitar? Come join us once a week at Flemo City Media Studio in Flemingdon Park to learn the basic skills needed from a professional.

Youth Beat Program

A new and exciting program where you will learn to make music on an iPad. Program is open to ages 7 and up.

Youth Led Radio Podcast Program

A youth program led by youth, where they create their own live radio podcasts for the public. Have a story to tell? An issue to talk about? Or want to share something fun with the public? Come join the program!

Get Ahead Tutoring - Laidlaw Co-Ed Tutoring Program

A free program that assists youth in high school by providing academic support with help from peer tutors. The program is held twice a week at Marc Garneau.

Ice Hockey - Pee Wee, Junior and Senior Co-Ed Ice Hockey Programs

Pee Wee Hockey: A fun opportunity for kids between 6-7 years old, to learn the basic and fundamental skills in skating and ice hockey. Program is held once a week at Angela James Arena.

Junior: For kids between the ages of 11 to 14, to learn hockey skills in a fun and engaging environment. Program is held once a week at Angela James Arena.

Senior: For youth 14 years old and up, come join us for fun pickup games once a week at the Angela James Arena.

RYES - "Refugee Youth Engagement for Success" Pathways Program

A great and engaging program for youth between the ages of 17 to 29, who need guidance and support in returning to school, looking for employment or wanting to learn to life skills.  This is a great opportunity for youth to gain the skills they need to make positive choices in their lives.

March Break Middle Years and Youth Camps

Our annual March Break camp is a fun and exciting program for children between the ages of 7 to 12 (middle years) and 9-14 (Youth camps). Campers do fun activities such as art, science, winter sports and more!                                                                                                      

Summer Middle Years and Youth Camps

Our summer camp program is a fun way to the beat the summer heat with exciting activities. For 3 weeks, campers participate in fun and engaging activities such as art, science, sports, and exciting field trips!
