Youth Job Connection and Youth Job Connection Summer​

The Youth Job Connection (YJC) program supports youth aged 15 to 29 who face multiple or complex barriers to employment. It offers 60 hours of paid pre-employment training, job matching, paid job placements, financial support, mentorship services, and education and work transition assistance to help participants achieve their career goals. The Youth Job Connection Summer (YJCS) program targets youth aged 15 to 18, focusing on summer and after-school jobs. It includes 20 hours of paid pre-employment workshops, job matching, paid job placements up to six months, and continuous job coaching and mentorship support.

The Youth Employment and Skills Strategy (YESS) program is designed for newcomer youth aged 15 to 30 who face multiple barriers to employment. It offers an integrated skills development program, assists youth in navigating the labor market, and helps them transition successfully into sustainable employment.

Employment Services for Ontario Residents

Our Employment Services for Ontario residents aim to enhance employment and economic development, which are vital for well-being. We offer labor market knowledge and customized solutions to employment barriers through the Employment Ontario (EO) Program, funded by the Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development (MLTSD). Services include career exploration, training needs, job search and retention skills, access to job opportunities, labor market information, hiring events, workshops, and one-on-one career support. We also provide no-cost HR support to employers, including on-boarding, training assistance, and free job postings.
