How Can We Help
Counselling
Children, youth, and adults in the community can benefit from 8-10 one- one-one counselling sessions, with flexibility based on individual needs. Modalities used: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy.
Case Management
Our case management services are for individuals 16 years of age and older. case managers co-create personalized care plans that are self-directed by the client. support client-identified needs and address social determinants of health such as income, employment, education, housing, immigration status, social supports access, and more Resilient Minds case workers provider resource navigation, advocacy, & supportive counselling.
Group Sessions
We are providing variety of workshops and educational sessions. Please check our calendar and contact us for more details.

Our services are cost free and can be accessed by anyone living in Thorncliffe and surrounding areas.
If you’re a between the ages of 12 and 15 and in need of mental health support, please reach out to our Youth Hub for assistance. We’re here to help!
