
TNO Volunteer Program

1. Fill out our volunteer application form by clicking on the registration form link.

2. You are required to select your areas of interest on the application form. If your areas of interest and availability match our current vacancies the Volunteer Coordinator will reach out to you for onboarding formalities.

3. In order to be onboarded as a Volunteer with TNO, you will need to sign the following. documentation: Non-Disclosure Agreement, Offence Declaration form, Parents Consent form to be signed by the parents if the applicant is under 18 years of age, and Volunteer Service Agreement. It may be necessary for you to submit a Vulnerable Sector check in order to participate in some of our programs. The Volunteer Coordinator will inform you if this is necessary.
4. A volunteer must also complete 3 online trainings and share the training certificates before they are onboarded. These trainings are a) Worker Health and Safety Awareness, b) Customer Service Standard Training, c) Call it Out (Racism, Racial Discrimination and Human Rights).
5. Upon receiving all the signed documents and training certificates, we will then invite you for an orientation on job responsibilities and to discuss your schedule with the Program Manager.
6. You are then ready to start!
