Health promotion – Clinical groups that help address the social determinants of health
Chiropody – Basic foot care services to seniors & people with visual impairments, diabetes, mental health concerns, and homelessness
Community Resources and Referrals – making the right connections and referrals to services for both clients and service providers
Child and Youth Psychiatry and Adult Psychiatry
Psychological services for children including psycho-educational assessments, behavioural consults and individual psychotherapy

Who is Eligible?
Our services are free and open to all* residents living in postal code M4H. Our services can be accessed without a health card and without a medical referral. Language interpretation services are available as needed.

HATP services are offered for clients who:
Don’t have a Health Card (OHIP) and are in the 3-month waiting period
Do not have legal immigration status (non-status)
Are in the refugee claim process and are un-insured
Have coverage under (IFHP) Interim Federal Health Program
Have a health card but not attached to a family doctor
Has a family doctor but needs to see Dietitian or a Social Worker
*Visitor visa and work permit holders as well as international students are not eligible
