Our Integrated Services for Seniors program focuses on providing access to services for older adults aged over 55 in Thorncliffe Park, Flemingdon Park and surrounding areas. Our goal is to encourage an active lifestyle that enables seniors to age comfortably in their homes and communities while staying connected to healthcare and community support services.

We support our clients by addressing their emerging concerns, monitoring their progress, mobilizing necessary resources, promoting independence, and encouraging community participation through social, recreational, educational, and wellness activities, as well as special events.
