The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is Canada’s largest mental health and addiction teaching hospital and one of the world’s leading research institutions in its field. Affiliated with the University of Toronto, CAMH provides comprehensive clinical care, conducts groundbreaking research, and offers education and training for health professionals. It also plays a major role in shaping public policy and advocating for improved mental health and addiction services. Committed to transforming how mental illness is understood and treated, CAMH works to improve outcomes for patients, families, and communities.

Flemingdon Thorncliffe Inter-Agency Network

FTIAN enables partner agencies to deliver cost effective, quality programs to the community’s residents. This will be achieved through service collaboration, resource sharing and including residents in planning new or realigned services

Health Access Thorncliffe Park (HATP)

Health Access Thorncliffe Park (HATP) is a community-driven healthcare initiative that delivers free, comprehensive primary care and wellness services to residents of Thorncliffe Park. Operated through a partnership between local organizations, HATP takes a holistic approach by addressing physical health, mental well-being, and social needs. Services are accessible without a health card or referral and include primary care, pediatric support, mental health counselling, nutrition guidance, and connections to community resources such as housing, employment, and settlement services. By prioritizing accessibility, cultural responsiveness, and integrated care, HATP plays a key role in improving health outcomes and reducing barriers for diverse and underserved populations.

By fostering collaboration among service providers and prioritizing community engagement, the hub aims to enhance overall well-being and create a more connected and resilient neighbourhood.

Operating across multiple locations, it offers a wide range of programs including one-on-one support, group activities, and essential services such as internet access and community resources. Powered by partnerships with local organizations and active resident involvement, The Corner responds to the diverse and evolving needs of one of Toronto’s most densely populated neighbourhoods, fostering inclusion, well-being, and community engagement.

By participating in multiple regional and city-wide initiatives, TNLIP helps identify service gaps, respond to emerging challenges, and strengthen integrated approaches that improve outcomes for diverse newcomer communities.
