Community Hubs

Place-based and community centred, our hubs are welcoming spaces where residents connect to services, programs, and to each other.

We are proud to collaborate with key partners who share our commitment to community well-being and access to services:

Thorncliffe Park Community Hub

The Thorncliffe Park Community Hub (TPCH) is where Thorncliffe Park, Flemingdon Park, and the broader East Toronto community access health care, mental health support, legal support, dental services, settlement and social services, and more, all in one welcoming, barrier-free space. Co-led by TNO - The Neighborhood Organization and five partner agencies, the Hub was co-designed with residents to ensure care is seamless, integrated, and responsive to the communities it serves. Since opening in January 2025, TPCH has become essential community infrastructure, delivering over 242,000 service visits, responding to neighborhood needs, and creating opportunities for residents to lead and get involved.
