At the food collaborative, we are always looking for ways to be resourceful. One Saturday morning, our shipment of eggs came with a few casualties. Some of the boxes had fallen and we had to go through them to rescue the good eggs. For those that had broken, we put the contents into a ziplock bag. Marika, one of our volunteers, brought the bag home and returned with the most delicious flan to share with all.
