Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC)

Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) helps newcomers learn English and assists them in the settlement process and integration into Canadian society.

TNO’s LINC Program provides part-time free English language classes from beginner to advanced language level 7 for permanent residents and convention refugees. Classes are offered in the morning, afternoon and evening through Zoom.

At-Home Children's Activities

English Conversation Group

English Conversation Circle is an informal conversation group to help practice English conversation in a friendly and supportive manner.
